David Roller, President
Dave is the President of Cornerstone Partners Consulting Group, the parent company of Profit2. He founded Profit2 11 years ago after a 20-year career in the Industrial Distribution Industry. His personal experience spans virtually all roles inside an industrial distribution firm. His executive experience includes leading Procter & Gamble’s industrial distribution business, serving as Vice President of Gibson Distribution and revitalizing a $100 million MRO distribution division of Koch Inc. In that role, Dave led an effort that doubled sales and increased profits 7-fold in just five years.
Dave holds Masters Degrees in Finance and Business Administration.
Sheryl Reed, Senior Partner
Sheryl is Manager of Operations for Profit2 and has responsibility for the architecture and structured development of Profit2’s patented analytical tools. She has managed pricing for companies across several industries, using multiple platforms, operating systems and pricing software.
Before joining Profit2, Sheryl was Manager of Pricing Strategies for the Franciscan Systems and President of The Lighthouse Group, a consultancy focused on helping companies improve pricing by leveraging technology.
Sheryl has a BA in Information Technology and an MBA from Ottawa University.
William P. McNally, Senior Partner
Bill has over 25 years experience as a senior business unit manager in wholesale distribution and manufacturing. Bill’s background includes leadership positions with GE Supply where he was responsible for a team that provided distribution solutions to contractors, manufacturers, OEMs, and Manager of Pricing for GE Lighting.
He also led Systems Integration Company that supplied food processors and manufacturers. Bill has been responsible for strategic planning and implementation throughout his career, and he has led organizations as large as 250 persons with $90 million in annual revenue.
Bill holds a Mechanical Engineering Degree from New York Institute of Technology.
Chuck Milford, Partner
Chuck joined Profit2 three years ago. Before joining Profit2, Chuck was a Senior Project Manager with Ernst & Young. He has extensive experience in project management and client program development.
His career experience includes operations assignments with several Fortune 500 manufacturers as well as serving as Manager of Price Planning & Strategy for Helwiitt & Associates. Chuck holds an MBA in Finance from Tulane University.
